Hello, My name is Julie Lamoreaux. Thank you for visiting my website. My passion for my own properties have brought me to become a Realtor. It is my pleasure to assist my clients in making informed decisions; listen to their individual needs and dedicate myself to getting to the closing table on time with the least hassles and the most money in their pockets.
I am a Licensed Residential Realtor for the state of Vermont. I have my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. These designations are achieved only by a small percentage of Realtors nationwide and are recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Agents who achieve these designations have worked to improve their skills and knowledge to better serve buyers and sellers in Real Estate transactions. I have also been certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) to help my clients understand the benefits and risks of purchasing or selling these types of distressed properties. I am commited to my work and my clients.
I have achieved the Sterling award for 2006, 2007, & 2008. This award is achieved by the top 12% of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates, Nationally. In 2009 I achieved the Diamond sales award. I was also featured on The Learning Channel's show entitled "My First Home" in January of 2009. It was a great experience for myself and my clients. I regularly enjoy the opportunity to assist in educating first time home buyers for the Champlain Housing Trust and have taught at the 7 days home buying seminar.
For my clients, it is my ambition to be YOUR Realtor. My goal is to help people move, throughout their lives, and facilitate each transaction through consistent communication and attention to detail. I always work to create a pleasant, professional atmosphere to assist you in achieving your Real Estate goals.
I live in Burlington with my husband and sons. When I am not working for my clients, I enjoy working on my duplex, gardening, yoga, making pottery, skiing, fencing, and going for bike rides with my family.
